Dr. Rene Ravenel Endowed Scholarship

Created by Eva Ravenel to honor her late husband, Dr. Rene’ Ravenel, a member of the Class of 1965, who practiced medicine as an orthopedic surgeon. The fund provides scholarships to eligible students as follows:
1st preference to a student who is a South Carolina resident and a member of an under-represented group participating in the Pre-professional Health Program;
2nd preference to a South Carolina resident and in the Pre-professional Health Program;
3rd preference to a student in the Pre-professional Health program.
